Criminal Court Reports

Description:

Reports include: 

• Pre-sentence investigations
• Pre-plea investigations
• Certificate of Relief from Disabilities investigations

These reports aid Courts in the decision making process.  They consist of a legal history, description of the offense, offender statement, victim impact statement, arresting officer statement, social history, evaluative analysis, and recommendation.  COR's have a nature of application section instead of description of offense, and do not include a victim impact or arresting officer's statement, as those sections do not apply.
