Payments can be made at our Malone Office M-F, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Acceptable forms of payment are Bank Certified Check, Money Order, Cash, and Debit/Credit Card.
Our Saranac Lake and Tupper Lake Offices can only accept Debit/Credit Card payments with Photo ID.
Fines/Fees/Surcharges/DNA
County Court
County Court issued fines, fees, surcharge and DNA payments are to be made at the Franklin County Clerk's Office, www.franklincountyny.gov/departments/administrative/county_clerk/index.php
Justice Court
All fines, fees, surcharges ordered at a local Justice Court must be made directly to the sentencing Court, ww2.nycourts.gov/courts/4jd/Franklin/index.shtml
