Description:
The Franklin County Victim Impact Panel is held on a quarterly basis. Anyone convicted in Franklin County of an alcohol related offense is mandated to attend one panel meeting. These panel meetings provide offenders with a very personal perspective of the agony inflicted upon innocent victims, as well as their families and loved ones, by drunk drivers. The goal of the panel meetings is to stop the offender from drinking and driving in the future.
