Reporting At-Home or Over-the-Counter COVID-19 Tests in Franklin County

Franklin County Public Health Services is requesting that resident’s report any positive test results from at-home/over-the-counter tests to the department using the Self-Test Reporting form found on the Franklin County website - https://www.franklincountyny.gov

Anyone testing positive with an at-home test should also report their results to their healthcare provider to determine if further evaluation and/or treatment is necessary. 

For a list of self-tests approved for home use, please refer to the FDA's listing here. 

Some at-home Covid-19 tests are supervised by a labor medical professional, usually via video chat, and results are either mailed to a lab for processing, or processed at home. If the test syncs to an app or is sent out to a lab these results are automatically reported and do not need to be reported with the Self-test Reporting form.
