On March 18th, 2021, the Board of Legislators adopted the Franklin County Continuity Of Operations Plan: Public Health Emergency.

This plan is pertinent to a declared public health emergency in the State of New York which may impact Franklin County's operations; and it is in the interest of the safety of our employees and contractors, and the continuity of our operations that we have promulgated this plan.

The plan was developed based on best practices, and guidance available largely as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic. The plan is intended to provide guidance for future public health emergencies but will also act as a guidance document for any new challenges that arise as a result of the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic.
