Franklin County Rabies Clinics to Begin This Week

Franklin County Public Health announces the first rabies clinic of 2021 will be held in Saranac Lake on June 18^th from 6pm-8pm at the Saranac Lake Fire Station located at 100 Broadway Street.

Registration is now open for this clinic.  Please call 518 729-7292 between 5pm-8pm, Monday-Thursday to register.

• Every dog, cat (even indoor pets) & ferret 3 months of age or older requires vaccination.
• 1 year vaccine will be administered.
• Ferrets must be vaccinated each year.
• All pets must be controlled by an adult and must be on a leash or in a carrier.
• One cat per carrier.
• $5 donation is appreciated.

Rabies clinics will be held throughout Franklin County over the summer.  They will be announced as they are scheduled.
